Overview

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Vice President, Food & Beverage to lead our global F&B vision and strategy. This position will champion culinary excellence, beverage innovation, and service standards across our portfolio, working hand-in-hand with chefs and hotel leadership teams to create iconic dining and bar experiences. (This position will be based in our New York Corporate Office)

Responsibilities

General Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Develop and execute a Food and Beverage strategy that aligns with brand identity, guest expectations, and profitability goals.
  • Collaborate with culinary, design, and operations teams to create signature restaurants, bar, and lounge concepts for new and existing hotels as needed.
  • Establish best-in-class standards for service, product quality, sustainability, and profitability across all outlets.
  • Monitor outlet performance, analyze trends, and implement initiatives to maximize revenue, margins, and guest satisfaction.
  • Mentor and inspire Food and Beverage leaders across the portfolio, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and service excellence.

Qualifications

Qualified Candidates should possess:

  • 10+ years of senior Food and Beverage leadership experience in luxury/lifestyle hotels, resorts, or fine dining operations.
  • Proven success in concept development, brand positioning, and revenue growth in diverse markets.
  • Proven track record of delivering service excellence, ensuring consistent, elevated guest experiences across multiple properties.
  • Expertise in succession planning, with the ability to identify, mentor, and develop future leaders within Food & Beverage operations.
  • Strong collaboration skills with brand and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute innovative guest experiences, partnerships, and activations that enhance positioning and drive revenue.
  • Strong understanding of global culinary and beverage trends, with the ability to adapt concepts for regional markets.
  • Experience managing multi-property F&B operations.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and partnership skills.
  • Ability to travel.
