We are looking for a passionate and welcoming Spa therapist to join our future team. With a holistic approach to well-being, our spa offers a relaxing sanctuary where love and human connection are at the heart of each treatment. As a spa therapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality treatments using traditional and modern wellness techniques. You will be a key player in the unique experience we offer our clients, guiding them on a journey of relaxation and healing. Your approach will be based on listening, attention and a deep connection with each person you treat.

- Provide high-quality treatments (massages, facials, body treatments, etc.), using a variety of techniques adapted to the specific needs of each client

- Provide a personalized experience, ensuring that each client feels special and cared for

- Assess individual client needs and recommend personalized treatment programs, with an emphasis on a holistic approach to well-being.

- Create a calming and welcoming atmosphere, promoting a deep relaxation experience.

- Participate in the ongoing training of the therapist team, share knowledge and supervise new recruits.

- Maintain a high level of professionalism while cultivating a caring and harmonious work environment.

- Contribute to the management of the inventory of treatment products and the maintenance of spa equipment.

- Promote spa services and advise clients on treatments, with an emphasis on the overall experience and lasting well-being.

• Passion for the art of hospitality with refinement

• Previous experience in Spa area, preferably in the wellness or luxury hospitality sector

• Passion for wellness, health and a holistic approach • An interest in spa philosophy, love and human connection is a plus

• Strong dedication to work and profession, with great attitude and attention to detail

• Enjoyment of teamwork and ability to promote a good environment

• Good knowledge of English (spoken and written)

• Experience in the role and ability to learn.

• Minimum compulsory education

• Strong notions of luxury hospitality, applicable to your role
